Motorola Moto X Price decreased to $399 without contract

Motorola Moto X with reduced statistics
Motorola Moto X which was launched in August at a price of $579 has now permanently decreased to $399 on any carrier without a new contract. The Motorola Moto X Price after decrement seems slightly higher than other Motorolas smartphones but we cannot forget the fact that this smartphone is considered one of the best smartphones of 2013 hence initial price was set high.

The $399 price includes Moto Maker — that is, you can get a bespoke Moto X designed to your tastes — but does not appear to include the recently introduced bamboo-clad "natural" option, which runs an extra $100.

Specifications of Moto X include a 4.7 inch touchscreen, a 1.7GHz dual-core processor, a quad-core Adreno 320 GPU, 2 GB RAM, 16 or 32 GB of storage and a 10.5 megapixel camera. For detailed specifications of Motorola Moto X click here.

The new pricing of the Moto X puts the smartphone in direct competition against the Google's other flagship smartphones especially the trending Google Nexus 5, with a 1080 display and the most direct link into the Android upgrade path available in a price lesser than the Motorola Moto X Price. The Nexus 5 is more likely to appeal to power users; I, myself will suggest to go for the Nexus 5 if you are in a dilemma between Motorola Moto X and Google Nexus 5. You can check the specification comparisons of both these smartphones at "Motorola Moto X vs Google Nexus 5" and take your decision to decide which smartphone to fit in your pockets.

Although Google Nexus 5 becomes more appealing for many users but you cannot ignore Motorola Moto X especially at this decreased price and with great customization options.
